AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan walked out of Tihar Jail in New Delhi on Friday night time. He was arrested by the Delhi Police yesterday over a protest towards the anti-encroachment drive in Delhi’s Madanpur Khadar.
He was granted bail by an area court docket earlier within the da on a private bond of Rs 50,000 and two sureties of Rs 50,000 every.

Current on the website of the conflict, Amanatullah Khan had mentioned, “I’m able to go to jail if it saves the homes of poor individuals. There isn’t a encroachment right here. I’ll assist them [civic body] in demolition if there may be any encroachment.”
Earlier this week, Amanatullah Khan was booked for obstructing the demolition drive in Shaheen Bagh.
